World Of Warcraft - Legion

I gotta go do something but when I'm back I will add it all up. I have finished writing the /played for all 39 characters. Except for poor Foss, the worgen I played and deleted after the starting zone.

It isn't wasted if you had fun.

I only have six existing characters and one deleted character. I have no bank alts. I've only ever been on one server. Yet I've still played for around 189 days since 2007. Almost 160 of those days are on my main.

Averages to about 1 and a half hours a day for the last 8 years.

I'll keep telling myself that..

According to this page it take 24.7 days to watch all of Star Trek. Now I have watched all of Star Trek several times and it's still not even nudging up to half of the time spent in Azeroth.

Apparently the average person spends one to one and a half years of their life on the toilet. I'm thinking if I could combine these activities, wow and toilet, I would feel better. Though I'm very efficient in the toilet department so it would probably just extend the overall toilet time since you can't exactly finish your business quickly if you're doing Arathi basin.

My main is truly my main as she is 114 days of that time even though she began in Wotlk and I began in BC.. The next biggest one is my first char, totally abandoned now, at 49 days.

So I've been playing 8 years but.. I took a 2 year sabbatical and skipped MoP. So that's a lot of hours for 6 years.

I basically didn't play for a year during CATA and for I think three to six months of MoP.

Raiding or leveling can takes hours at a time. But then not playing for days at a time.

It still averaged to 1.5 hours or so over the course of 8 years.
Yours comes out to more like 2.5 hours a day over the course of 8 years. But you also have a lot more characters on multiple servers to cover, so your playing is more diverse.

My second highest is my hunter who isn't even out of CATA leveling yet at 13 days. My DK who is a higher level I've only played for about 8 days. Though that was the one that I'd take out for events and have a massive amount of rested XP for everything. He basically sat in Orgrimmar for all of CATA and most of MoP, doing holiday events and fighting elemental invasions and the like when the next expansion came.

Most of them are abandoned. There's a bunch of nostalgia "let's do the starting zone again!" newbies that I'll delete when I want a new one  I only have 2 lvl 100's and 1 in the 90's and it's probably going to be like that for another year.

My 94 was like that for all of wotlk, cata and mop, she would go up one level every now and then if there was some reason I wanted to do holiday events on multiple characters  I felt so guilty, I had converted her from a dwarf to a troll but I couldn't get into trolls at all.. and so I boosted her with WoD and changed her to an orc and now we are good friends again and I'm happy.

MY. GOD.

314 days
I'm afraid to find out that my number looks similar even though I took several long-ass breaks.

Longest must've been from mid-WotLK to late MoP.

It's weird to have it so high when I go weeks without playing. But I tend to play in big bursts of obsession and then stop.
I think I must have amassed most of my playtime in 2005 and some of 2006, I had just finished school so there was time for ridiculous amounts of hardest of hardcore raiding, 3-6 hours a night, 4-5 nights a week. Oh, Naxxramas.

Those were dark, dark days (but also fun).

While swinging through my realms of yore (another expense, all the realm transferring I've done) I came across a bank alt I never deleted though I don't play on that realm any more.

How could I delete him, he's perfectly dressed for the part !

I know it totally cracks me up. If I could transfer him as is I would have done so by now, just to have him in use.

I tried to make the stupidest looking Tauren I could manage.

Not quite a fel moose, but close enough.

(Next there will be a call for "Where's the green fire Moose!")

Is this a new expansion? woW was starting to feel like I job I wasn't gettin paid for so I had to take a break a while back. I may have to jump back in the pool :wtf:
