Fantastic Four reboot-- Casting, Rumors, Pix, ect;

"From one of the 4000 guys with a 'producer' screen credit on one of the Transformer movies..."

You spoke too soon.

I have no strong feelings about this one. I respect FF as being the first superhero team, and that they are important to the history of comic books, it's just that I'm not a fan. Some of the people working on this film intrigue me, including the writer of ToFP. The trailer's tone is difficult to articulate. Clearly, they want to be less campy than the original Beil FF films, and maybe even less campy than Marvel Studios' films.. and it's really tough to capture a "not so obvious" tone in a short trailer.

The Negative Zone looks like Star Trek's "Planet Hell" set.

I'll see this if the reviews are good.

The Justice Society of America would like a word with you...

What? Still no post from FSM on this new trailer. Slow thread till then.

This one isn't being made by Marvel, although he did predictable manage to get a sly dig at them into his post, so business as usual there I guess.

I don't get this. Is the poster an employee of Marvel or Disney?

FSM has a reputation for having a negative opinion of MCU movies, and makes that clear in most threads he posts in, whether they're Marvel related or not.

Oh, the reverse of what I thought. Sorry.

Wonder why Johnny is attacking Sue in the trailer

Pretty sure that is Doom - who we see earlier in the trailer attacking the soldiers lying in the corridor. this is a GUESS not a spoiler but Doom might have the powers of all them and they have to work together to beat him?

^That's more your archetypal hero/sidekick thing. The Argonauts are more the antecedent of the JSA/JLA/Avengers because they feature a lot of characters who started out as the heroes of their own separate myths and then got partnered up by later storytellers.
