Garratts Heartwrenching pley to get Kate and Jeri Back together

Hello Everyone!

I came across this clip of both Garratt and Jeri Ryan

where he expressed his heartwrenching pley to bring Kate Mulgrew and Jeri Ryan back together. It really moved me as (like so many other people) it just will have been so wonderful to have them back together again. Although it will never happen :(

In this clip despite the fact Jeri appears to put up a " it doesnt effect me anylonger " stance. I truly feel deep down she misses Kate vica verser. It makes me wonder how bad it had gotten..Physical perhaps? or maybe it was a love loss..:wtf:. I would love to know what you all think
 
No. Jeri did an audio interview. Kate was having tantrums and Jeri took it upon herself. Meaning, it really reads like Jeri took on the misdirected anger. "Picked nails, read books, scoffs, huffs, and shouts she's done already. let's go!" (To make up artists)
Kate said Ryan's lateness was frustrating and she needed to learn to be on time. 'I do not like to be kept waiting." "I have no relationship with the girl.' She waves a hand dismissive before she reworded her answer coming back with, "look, no one could have done it better than Jeri Ryan. But she really needs to learn to be on time."
 
PS, as for Garrett take it with a grain of salt. The dude calls her Hepburn on helium or smurf behind her back. He even SAID he should stop and that it huts her feelings. Garrett. Appologize and stop comparing her voice. Impressions badly done or not, don't warrant insulting comparatives.

Jeri is a nice woman but those two are overdue for a handshake but I doubt it will happen. :-(

I think their was something between them in the " hey" days of Voyager dispite all the fighting. I truly do.. Look at the scenes they where together. Their eyes when they look at each other says it all. I dont care how good of an actor they are. The eyes is close to the heart. It never lies:)

I agree and like yourself , i doubt it will ever happen.. It is so sad because they had the pretential to be such wonderful friends/lovers - whatever you wanna call it ;-)

I sincerely hope that if god forbid anything was to happen to one of them like Leonard Nimoy , they will both live with the fact they was to childish to put their differences aside and tell each other how they really feel about each other and love each other . I have someone i love and i never told her how much i love her. Everyday i see her , it rips me apart to not let her know. My frigil ego just wont let me .Everyday it kills me to not be with her and know what it would be like to have her in my life:(

How do you know?.. Kate really comes across as having such a short fuse . For Wang to be emotionally scared by it , he must have witnessed more than a few mean words, slamming down and screams

Not necessarily - maybe Jeri's friends defused it and as a consequence have kept them apart - ie; Conventions. Garratt mentioned their management wouldnt have them appear together. Surely if it was just a pure exchange of words , their wouldnt be so strict on keeping them apart.
 
From what I've read on the subject, they were never friends. Jerry tried to protect herself from Mulgrew. That's not a relationship and there's nothing to repair.

Why would she put herself in that position ?

I once described Janeway as a "gurning pantomime midget" so I do kinda get the Smurf comment

I had no idea that any of this was going on with Mulgrew and Ryan. I don't tend to care about the actors that much though. Certainly couldn't see any of it on screen

Beltran on the other hand......he often did look bored or irritated on screen

I would totally get the comment if she were short.
 
This whole thread is weird. Who cares if two actors who worked together in the 90's like each other today? Why do they have to "get back together"? They weren't married.

I'm happy super J/7 girl but that has zero to do with the actors in 2015.

Okay it would be sweet to see Jeri Ryan in Litchfield. Can't think of any other reason it should matter. Both actors have worked with literally hundreds of people, there is no reason outside of weird fandom time bubbles that they should be friends.

Considering that Garrett's lack of professionalism on the set nearly got him fired, I can't give much weight to his version of what happened on stage.
