Create a new Voyager character

I liked Bajoran Seska better. I didn't like the face turn, because not only is she Evil, she's an Evil Cardassian! Well, yeah. Only Garak's allowed to be the good Cardassian recurring role. An Evil Bajoran was not something we saw every day.

Kai Winn was a major supporting Bajoran character, and she was as evil as anybody.

I'd have been ok with Seska being another evil Bajoran though.

BOOM all Vulcans dead, followed by angry B'elanna, mopey Chak and pouty Kim. Soon all we have left is Janeway because she's up for it to save the ship and Paris who has cartoons transmitted directly into his brain to guarantee he gives off the right happy waves.

I would've made Neelix more like Galen from Crusade. Mysterious and powerful, as opposed to the bumbling comic relief we got.

Done.

:wtf: :wtf: :wtf:

But still creepy, right?

Sorry Galen from Crusade was waaaay worse than Neelix.

I feel I must also add that Galen in the techno-mage trilogy novels was a FANTASTIC character and not at all embarrassing and creepy like in Crusade. If you read the techno-mage trilogy and then watch Crusade you can kind of redeem him.

How about replace B'Elanna with an Orion who's constantly having to prove herself against the stereotypes of her species? She's brilliant, and excelled in engineering and improvisational repair at the academy, but some in the crew believe her to be like the stories of Orion females. Imagine Rachel Nichols' Orion in look and majority attitude.

Only if she's played by a fat, unattractive actress otherwise it's just another hot girl in space presumably wearing something tight

Is there such a thing as fat, unattractive Orion women?

In the Mother of All Plot/Character twists, The Traveller returns with sad news of young Wesley Crusher's death, until he realizes he is on the wrong ship. But he brings Happy News to the crew, anyway. Two new Initiates, who the Traveller assures Janeway are all-around aces, will be loaned to Voyager. They have agreed to Pospone their Travels and temporarily "merge" with two the crew, but Katie must "loan" two of her crew to the Traveller in return. The new Initiates are Jar Jar Binks and Dobby. What to do?

Chakkie Binks?
Dabb-oh-tay?
Harry Jar Jar?

Cue Credits...

An Andorian could have been interesting.

Or why not a "lower deck" character who could show up as a main character now and then. In fact, I'm toying a bit with that idea, maybe I write something like "Ensign Ricky's diary" about how a lower deck character experienced Voyager's adventures.

Wixiban could have joined the crew in "Fair Trade".

Or maybe Ameila Earhardt? Could have been interesting to see a 20th century person adapt to the 24th century.

But I wouldn't replace any of the main characters. They are too good for that.

If there is you do not think so because, pheremones.

So like being drunk

But what about my friends. Will they see the truth? Will they mock me the next day?

What about gay men (invulnerable?)

What if I'm a Vulcan woman going through Ponn Far (I could be, you don't know)

So many questions

Or maybe Ameila Earhardt? Could have been interesting to see a 20th century person adapt to the 24th century.

She'd get bored. The crew would spend all day lecturing her about bettering herself. She'd asked to be dropped off at the next planet

I was thinking today how much I wish they had gone in a really different direction with Neelix.
Captain Neelix, Space Junkman! This Talaxian tough guy takes no lip off pesky invaders from the other side of the galaxy, single-handedly taking over their ship as the captain's most trusted advisor, whom he tricks into doing his bidding! Vidiians are a breath away from meeting their doom when they come face to face with this hellacious hedgehog who eats Kazons for breakfast!
Thrill to exciting adventures every week, as Captain Neelix and his beautiful but chaste slave Kes discover unclaimed riches while searching crashed and derelict ships that faced his targeting skills! Captain Neelix! Right here, every week on UPN!
If they're going junkman, he should be based on the quintessential junkman, Fred Sanford.

.

Ah, The Gilroy. It never fails...usually.

But what about my friends. Will they see the truth? Will they mock me the next day?

The will not, because they have been there! Plus, you can say that you will tell on them if they do!

What about gay men (invulnerable?)

Nonsense...just need the right Gilroy.

What if I'm a Vulcan woman going through Ponn Far (I could be, you don't know)

Then we had better make up a batch of Plomeek soup, pronto!

Now there is a thought...

"Dropped off" :lol::lol:
