What do you spend most of your time doing while on the internet?

Besides the Trek BBS, what do you do most while on the internet? For me, I mostly play the games at Publishers Clearinghouse and look around on eBay.

I spend most of my forum time at ReNext (where I am the co-Admin) and ExIsle. Other than that, I am either checking out the works of independent creators (many of whom are my friends) or doing research for my own projects (i.e. wandering from link to link in an info-overloaded daze like a digital drug addict).

I probably spend the most time watching various YouTube. lately I have been watching lots of videos about making doll clothes, as well as my usual science and atheists and atheist videos.

I also spend time on Facebook. I don't have many Facebook friends but I have like many interesting pages (science, atheist, art, animal, Tasmanian, news, the charities Indonate to etc) so I usually have many links to interesting articles.

I also frequent a couple of good book sites reading reviews and seeing what has been recommended to me etc

I go to The Rush Forum, mostly lurking.

I check out Yahoo news and sports stories.

I also check out The Daily Beast, Huffington Post, and when I'm feeling a little trashy, I read The Superficial (thanks Holdfast!).

I spend most of my time reading news and looking for information.
Posting on boards comes second. Sadly, I have almost no time for chatroms anymore.
I never play online as I prefer a more direct confrontation with my partners/opponents I do play correspondence chess with a friend in Russia but it gets more and more difficult to maintain contact, what with the Ukraine war and everything

After BBS, I spend time researching and collating information for my Day job in Education. Getting some of the news (cannot give up my newspaper reading) and General research/confirmation comes next. No other blogs or other social networking...too much of a fossil, I think!
