The chairs?Apropos of nothing, I saw this screen cap again today, and I'm wondering if those weren't originally in one of the Enterprise sets. I suppose they could have been rented.
BTW, those "carts" are of the Joe Colombo designed "B-Line Boby Trolley" family (link), and can still be bought. The ones used in TNG sickbay are the 3-rack by 3 drawer type, which are 73.5cm tall. All of them are 43cm wide and 42cm deep. It's difficult to tell if the ones in the TWOK set are the 3 rack ones, but it seems likely. You can "build your own" on the site to get the dimensions of all the different heights, or you can just go to the Boby "home (link) and see all the possible dimensions in one go.
