Yeah. I spent most of the time ceiling-gazing. Worst episode of the show so far.
I thought it was Lester? Then again, it's not like Jack is his real name, we all know it's Hugo.
The Electrocutioner's a bit of a misnomer isn't it? After-all, baring the Governor and Guard Goon #2 - who weren't given electroshock - he left all his victims alive.
To be fair, there are some adult women with very girlish voices. Then again, Barbara probably wasn't entirely sober when she made the call. And how messed up was Babs that she didn't recognise she was speaking to a kid? Ivy has the most childlike voice on the show! Get it together, girl.

Well, Oswald isn't actually an arctic waterfowl of the family Spheniscidae either.
Messed up is how I'd describe a very drunk person. Perhaps I should have gone with shitfaced? To be fair, there are some adult women with very girlish voices. According to the image search I did last night, comics Electrocutioner looks nothing like the TV version...he's more of a big, beefy thug type. I think you may be onto something, because Christopher Heyerdahl is definitely better cast as Hugo Strange. For those not in the know, he plays a very entertainingly twisted regular antagonist on AMC's Hell on Wheels.I was referring to the character's almost spot-on resemblance to another of Bat's rogues.

Then again, I don't even know what the actual Electrocutioner character looks like in the comics, so he could be Hugo Strange's twin brother for all I know.
According to his wiki, looks like the Arkham boss actually survived.
He seems to be typecast as these psycho types. Even on Canadian kids shows like "The Haunting Hour" he plays bad guys.
I'm not a fan of police procedural type shows, and overall the show's boring me. But I stick around to watch Bruce and Alfred's relationship grow. During my lifelong Batman obsession, it's one thing that I've always wanted to learn more about.
I have to say that is probably the best part of the show. I am really enjoying it.
