I am looking to commission a fan to do some Start Trek CGI work for me. I am looking for someone very competent at CGI and huge fan to design some elements of the Start Trek Bridge(s)

I would think anyone who would even consider doing work like this would want proof that OP has the basic competence to produce something called "Start Trek", since it's not even explained as to what it is, what style of artwork is being sought, and whether the commission offered is comparable enough to be even seriously considered.

Hmm, 3D model, texture, possibly animate etc. multiple Starship Bridges.

Is this for someone's personal hobby thing, a possible video game or mod, a YouTube video.... what?

The OP asks for no time wasters, and yet, he is wasting my and everyone else's time by being so vague.

If you want someone to be interested in what you are doing, they will require more information other than being commissioned for their work.

It's a two way street.
