PICTURE POST II!

Wow. The pole and power lines with the starfield is pretty stunning. You might want to consider using that for your cover photo on Facebook. Nice pics, one and all!

Saga, that's a great set ... especially the preying mantis!
thanks!

So this happened today

that is awesome!

To me, his Casino Royale role alongside Craig is the one I most associate with him and the first role I think of when I see his face. His scenes with Daniel's 007 are some of the most gritty and intense in the entire history of the Bond franchise.

Dunno much about the Bond franchise, but he also had a few 'gritty and intense' scenes in the old Unit One tv series, where Wikipedia describes his character like this:

Detective Inspector Fisher. The sometimes "problem child" of the unit, Impulsive and emotional, Fischer has been frustrated by a lack of advancement, as he is seen by Ulf and Ingrid as "difficult to manage". Despite his rough edges his persistence, physicality and willingness to bend the rules often produces results and he is thus highly valued as a member of the team.

Love the photo :bolian:

I've been rummaging through my pictures, and I don't know if I've posted any of these, but too bad, I'm subjecting you to them anyway. I've thumbnailed them so it's easier and fits on the page.

This is where I live. This is the bustling metropolis.

I love pictures of the rain, and when it's raining. I took this one a few years ago when we had that storm where the tornado landed 3 miles from our house.

Again with the rain. This is downtown, the busiest spot there is.

I took this one about 6 years ago, across from our apartment. The foliage was just so lovely.

This is my favorite picture. I took this picture late at night, when there was a new moon and no light. I was surprised my flash did such a good job. That's all the real deal, even if it looks a little surreal.
The last one is my favorite too!

What a magnificent photo. Mikkelsen does look 'very into you'!
Did you happen to see my son wandering around there on Saturday?

Thanks :) And i may have but the expo was so packed that i probably walked by him and didn't notice lol

Hey guys, de-lurking for a bit since I wanted to share some progress.

To the left is the 7th of September 2013. The right one is the 29th of September 2014. And yes, those are the same clothes. It's not a huge difference, but what's really interesting is that the weight difference is only a few pounds. It's just in a different distribution these days, more muscles now.

Way to go! :) Every little bit helps, and if you feel better as a result then that's the only important thing.

Thanks, guys :) It's been a lot of hard work, and I am far from my goal, but I'm seeing some difference at last. Nice to see that all the hard work is paying off.

And I do feel happier, dane. Even though the first pic was the day after a great night and I am so starstruck right there seeing the Enterprise in person. I'm more confident than I was when that picture was taken. But! As I said, long way to go. Really getting excited that the scale is finally moving down again. Made a bargain with myself that when I reach a certain weight I'm getting my first tattoo. And it's getting harder and harder to wait for that.
