Strange people, who like Naomi Wildman or Mezoti more than Torres or Chakotay.

I've always found B'Lanna to be rather prickly and Chakotay uninteresting.

lol. Chakotay makes TNG S1 Worf look downright dynamic.

Tuvix!! What is this blasphemy!

Overall, I just wasn't a huge fan of Tuvok. He seemed like a blatant Spock substitute/imitation, and not a very good one IMO. I liked Neelix at first, but boy did he get increasingly annoying as the series went along. Tuvix was interesting and refreshing for the brief moments he appeared. I would have enjoyed seeing that character continue if only for a few episodes. JMO. Blasphemy? Guilty as charged I suppose!

Q is one of my favorites too.

But I stayed with the main characters in this case.

TNG was the best (and should have been only) setting for Q. I really didn't care for him at all in DS9 or VOY. DS9 is my favorite Trek series, and he was at his absolute worst there. Q's appearances should have ended with AGT.

IMO, mind.

It might be because the episode with his son and the Civil War episode are mediocre and terrible, respectively.
