Street Racer - PS1....did anyone play this?

I remember Street Racer on the SNES, was the PS1 version a sequel or a port? It was a great multi-player, much like Mario Kart.

I had Street Racer for the Amiga back in the day, and now I have the Megadrive version.

I think that game came out for every friggin' platform under the sun!
