So, what RAMA is pointing out above is that there was already another "Top 10" TOS thread. I'm relatively new here myself and don't wish to be a "bad BBS member" but, since no one has posted in the other thread in over a month, I'll put my list here. I imagine if it needs to be moved, one of the mods will inform us (or just move it).

Is it really obvious that I like episodes in which other Federation starships are depicted? I almost put The Omega Glory on the list too but, frankly, it pales in comparison to some of the others IMHO.

That's what's sucky about a top ten list. It isn't necessarily the same as a list of all top picks or essentials. I would have liked to have had space for those two as well.
