Ladies and gentlemen, after 25 years of faithful service, my family's basement television finally died. It got me to thinking... what are your longest-lived pieces of tech?

Hmm.. a Philips portable reel to reel tape recorder/player its from 1964 IIRC and has a kick ass build in tube amplefier.
The olderst piece of computer equipment I have is a Seagate ST-412 10 Megabyte harddrive its from 1983, it is still working fine, besides that one a heap of Seagate ST-225 20 Mb drives, these are dated from 1984 to 1988 IIRC, they all work except one which never ever worked.
My oldest computer consists of a 1983 IBM AT mainboard stuffed inside a Aopen ATX case, the rest of the AT no longer exists, I only have the mainboard, a graphics card, the harddrive, all the controllers but no case and no PSU.. I call it "Beastie"

I own a Leica from the early 60s. Love it.
I feel like that's something that you should get replaced regularly. For sanitary reasons.
Hmm well. I have some toy trains by Marx that are quite old, not sure how old really. Lionel and a few others also. There's a wind-up train I think is from the 50's. All that stuff was my Dad's.
I also have a 1986 Tandy 1000 EX, maxed out with 640k RAM, two floppy drives, and a mouse. Booted up fine last time I set it up.

I had a tv that lasted around 12-14 years. An old Zenith. Loved that tv 
. I have a still working Game Boy (the gray and purple one) that I bought from a friend from the mid 90's. It's over 20 years old now. Only had to get the screen replaced on it.
My PS2 is well over 10 years old and is still working well.

The old Atari 2600 still works. I know my father has even older equipment he bought in the 60s and 70s. We have an old $100 calculator that adds, subtracts, multiplies, and divides, from I think 1975.

I have a Kodak Brownie Hawkeye flash camera from 1953 or so. My mother took baby pictures of me with it. I suppose it would still work just fine, assuming I could find 620-size film for it.
I found a Sega Genesis and SNES that me and my brothers used as children in my Mother's attic some time ago. The last time I checked, they worked, but I never use them. I have emulators on my PC. The sad thing is they were removed from my mother's attic in an attempt to wane her hoarding tendencies yet here I am unable to throw them away.
