Definitely the USS Vengeance.
Even after the debacle with Section 31/Admiral Marcus, I hope Starfleet keeps the basic design. The Vengeance might have been intended for war, but it can be easily refitted for peaceful purposes.
With a few modifications (such as removal of the advanced weapons and stealth mode), I think a fleet of Vengeance-class ships would be ideally suited for search-and-rescue missions, especially since they can be operated with a minimum of crew. Heck, they could even be fully automated.

God I hated the Vengeance. I thought it was so ugly and angular. I voted for the Kelvin, I thought that was a really graceful looking vessel. I was really disappointed with the Klingon vessels in STID too, especially after having a glimpse of the classic cruisers in the Kobayashi test in ST09.

The Kelvin ist my favourite starship in all star trek movies and series not only in the kelvin timeline. I like the Franklin because it reminds me of the NX-01. And the Enterprise 2009 gets my third vote. I like the "hot rod" design which got lost with Justin Lins changes for "Beyond" but seems to come back a bit with the new Enterprise-A.
I also like the two klingon ships.
I tried to pick just one, but I can't and settled for two!
The picks were Kelvin for it's really nice simplicity and rougher feel, and the Enterprise (original model) for just being a glorious beast of beauty.
Overall the design work has been phenomenal though. The Beyond style felt a little off to me, keeping the length of the ship with the shrunk down nacelles seemed a bit weirdly proportioned, but it looked good on screen and I'd need to see more of the A to judge (and it'll probably change anyway!), but I do miss the curved nacelle pylons.
Of the others - they all did their job really well. The Vengeance was the Evilprise, Narada was an intimidating sight, the background ships didn't infringe on the hero ship etc. Though the Klingon D4 (which I've just started calling the drop ship
) was a nice model - very rough and warrior-ish with more fight in it than glam.

My sentiments exactly. I also voted for the Newton, not because it's very beautiful but because of it's practicality (two hangars, half a saucer, who needs all those crew and research laboratories on every ship...?), something rarely seen in trek. Looks like an Operations/Support/Shuttle Cruiser/Carrier. Perhaps like an Assault Cruiser (only for peacekeeping and humanitarian missions, surely) and a relief ship.
You might be on to someting regarding the D4 as a Dropship. There's this fan-picture of a Carrier-like Bird of Prey.carrying lots of smaller D-4s, cannot find it now.
One thing I like in NuTrek is that not every small shuttle and patrol ship has got its own warp drive. But then again, there's transwarp beaming...

I love the symmetrical design, and my favorite part of ST '09 hands down was the opening 10 minutes. I would buy a DST model of the Kelvin in a heartbeat.
Honorable mentions included the ENT and ENT-A in Beyond, and for some reason the NU shuttlecraft. IDK why but I'm digging them too. And this is coming from a HUGE fan of the Delta Flyer/runabouts/TNG shuttlecraft. The Argo shuttle/captain Picard's-mid-life-crisis-mobile.... not so much.

Overall favorite is the A as seen at the end of Beyond, followed by Franklin and 1701 from the beginning of Beyond. I like how the 2009/ID design was modified to go more toward the TOS look in the beginning, with a closer to Prime universe look at the end of the movie.
For the Franklin, I love the look of a Prime universe ship crossed into this universe, with styling cues from Enterprise and TOS.

I was perfectly happy with the Klingon ships in ST09, and I thought that giving the Klingons helmets was a great idea to avoid the ridge issue. Then Comes STID, and the ships as well as the Klingons themselves are completely messed up. I hope they return to the classic Klingon ship design, should they ever show up again in the future.
