Spock is my favorite XO, even though TOS isn't my favorite series. He's intelligent, calm, reliable and loyal. And sexy. :-)

Well the poll is asking who is your favorite first officer, not who is the "best". So debating over which first officer is most loyal, etc is kinda pointless. This poll is more about your preference. For me, however, the answer to both questions is the same. SPOCK FTW. (with Riker a close second)

I have to go with Spock, since he was the first edition and will always be special, but Riker is such a close second that I wish we could vote a tie. Probably Chakotay for third.
