NO PONIES!!!!!! However I do fear that it is very close to the Klingon Symbol. I designed it many many years ago for my Sci-Fi story (that may ending being published as a graphic novel.) I went throught a few designs and liked this one. Each part has a meaning. But if I'm going to publish I might have to change it.
Teacake's current avatar has been quite memorable for the last few months. I'm easily distracted by Kate Mulgrew.
I also miss the Spock-fro. It gave your posts a very "fascinating..." feel to them. I've had mine for on-going now 15 or so years. The original image was a 32x32 sprite, and over the years I've modified it myself for various forum's size allowances, as well as made it into my websites *.ico. No idea who the original author is, but I salute them.
Oh, Carl Spock's in the wings. Waiting. Bein' mellow and groovy. Biding his time. But I want to give the Derpy King a little more time to breathe.
I like CorporalClegg's new avatar and would like to know more about it, especially the reason for it and how it came to be. I suspect I should get the reference but I don't.
Nice to have at least one fan. It's the Knight Exemplar from Magic: The Gathering, and you can see a larger version of it my TBBS album. I uploaded it in case anyone asked about it and wanted to see better detail. If anyone should be interested, I have some other MTG templates I can use for making avatars. Drop me a PM. One of the reasons I've played for years is because of the excellent artwork that goes into the cards.
I actually have no idea. The picture was sent to me a few weeks ago via Facebook. It was labeled "McCartney and Gilmour at Zeppelin Concert." I can only assume that's true. I did some Google-Fu and found a larger version of the picture (uncropped) that was labeled "No More Lonely Nights." So I wonder if maybe he used it in the Give My Regards to Broad Street jacket or something. I never owned it so I don't know.
I've found a larger version of it (click on image to view full size) but I've found little information on the circumstances, other than that it was probably taken sometime in 1975.
