I did this before, but I can't find it, so I did a new one:

There is a function in the website to make you look portlier or skinnier - under Skin, select the body type silhouette.This is pretty much me at the moment. But in real life I'm portlier.
All it does however is preserve your body shape but add torso and facial markings for fat, muscles, or sunken skin respectively. It doesn't make you look like Cartman or Starvin' Marvin, though...
