You could you live on glue made from horses?

You know how people will sometimes say about a horse that it will go to the glue factory or something of that sort. If glue is made from horses, then doesn't that make glue a meat product? If you wanted to, couldn't you survive for along time, just eating glue?

The tendons, ligaments and other connecting tissue are used for that, not the "meat."
