Is there anything better than finding out you have a hot new neighbor? It's pretty cool, I have to say. In the past my neighbors have been either old people or drunks so this makes for a welcome change of pace. Her house is the one right behind me and I met her today and was inside her house. She's a teacher and I'm studying to be a teacher so we were talking for a while. And let me tell you: yes, I would.

So, I'm curious, any of you guys have any hot neighbor stories? Tips are appreciated, of course, because she's older than me (like 35 and I'm 20) and I've never had a relationship with anyone who lived real close by. You'd think it wouldn't make a difference but it does.

And if you have a story about a hot neighbor and it ended ridiculously bad for you then I absolutely want to hear it.

That's what I'm hoping, too, although I was off my game when talking to her as I was just meeting her and had no idea she was hot. I'd had a late night and was tired so hopefully that won't hurt me too much. She gave me some great advice, though, so I'm going to get her a gift in return since she talked with me for about an hour all about my future as a teacher.

Funny thing is, on our block we just had a guy do exactly that to these two young (as in high school age) girls. Scary shit.
