I've following this movie for a while. It's a new puppet movie executive produced by Toby Froud, the son of artist Brian Froud, and also the baby from Labyrinth.
Description from IMDB:

An automated girl and tortoise warrior journey with a band of outlaws on an incredible quest. Their one hope is to find a legendary relic to defeat a sinister mechanized army and save the creatures of their world.

I love puppets and fantasy, so this looks pretty great to me. It's also got one hell of a cast, which also helps.
