I looked on Memory Alpha for information about the planet where the Xindi live now and didn't find anything, does each race of Xindi live on seperate planets now, where was Degra killed?

Yeah, their homeworld was destroyed, so they got scattered through the Expanse. The Council was formed to find a new homewoprld, but the couldn't agree on which one, so they live on separate planets.

It's been suggested by members of the fan community that the Xindi colonized the Xendi Sabu system.

Their homeworld was Xindus. The Council meeting place was a former Avian colony - which also brings up the question, why did they go extinct if they had off-world colonies? A large number of Aquatics lived on Azati Prime. We saw an Arborial colony in "The Shipment".
