X-MEN: FIRST CLASS (Casting, Rumors, Pics till release)

^ So you felt you needed to post about Captaindemotion's statement and not on the link it's self? Anyways it seems like all the costumes in the film are going to be faithful to the source material, something that Bryan Singer confirmed in his conference call back in August. I can't wait to see Emma in her Frank Quietly skimpy outfit...hmmmm.

Oh what I wouldn't give for a look at Fass in his classic Magneto get up!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Tension breaker, had to be done. ;)

Yes. Super Bowl previews also make a lot of sense too. Oh, the anticipation!

^ That's when I'm expecting to see something as well. The article mentioned in the next four to six weeks, well the Super Bowl is the first weekend in Feb so that will be something to watch out for. Possibly another "Green Lantern" trailer and maybe the first "Captain America:First Avenger" trailer as well.

I do think attachment to The Green Hornet is possible. Why did that one end up in the dead January month anyway? They might put an X-Men trailer with it to get some people in the seats.

At this point, I'll just take some damn production stills!

The Green Hornet got bumped to January to give them more time to work on the 3D conversion. It was originally filmed in 2D.

Anybody know what the difference between IMAX 3D and RealD? Like Sanctum is going to be in? Just looks like LED Blue Ray technology.

Supposedly heard that there is definately not an X-Men trailer with Green Hornet now, so I guess the Super Bowl is it? Oh, this agita!

I don't really care about 3D, and am in no rush to see The Green Hornet in theaters either way.

Yep. SuperHeroHype confirmed that there will be no X-Men: First Class trailer attached with The Green Hornet when it debuts this Friday.

SHH asked if the SuperBowl would be the next likely place for the trailer to debut, and 20th Century Fox responded that they could not confirm that, since they still haven't figured out a launch date for the trailer just yet.

I'm getting a little anxious. The film comes out on June 3rd and we don't even have production stills, or a poster, and not even a few seconds of footage. 20th Century Fox should start thinking about the film's marketing campaign, and fast.

I agree. I was hesitant of the June 2011 when it was announced. Now i'm sweating.

Do they not realize it's THIS JUNE not June 2012?

The lack of marketing at this point is starting to be a concern. Had they confirmed a Super Bowl spot I'd feel a bit better.
Even that asian comic Priest has trailers on the web and it opens the week after Thor.
All other comic book properties have something already out there and most will have their 2nd push during the Super Bowl. Thor, Cowboys&Aliens and Green Lantern all have started the initial push. Captain America has been releasing stills plus had the Entertainment Weekly cover.

X-Men: First Class...nothing. Are they resting on the laurels of the brand name? It's a 5th movie afterall in many eyes, even the general going public I'd think.
Green Hornet would've been a good place to put something, a minute teaser at the bare minimum.
