When I google "Matthew McConaughey Adam X" I get nothing, this thread is the 4th choice.
I also looked for that McConaughey "confirmation" and found nothing with him linked with X-men at all.

When I came in though I didn't back track a post or two for a reminder of what had been said and just read this post and was all, "really, what?"
The way casting has gone and the way Marvel films seem to attract a variety of actors it seemed to sorta make some type of strange sense.

I thought it was probably a joke. I never even heard of the character. Also cameos are usually never announced.
