wwe vs tnt anyone watching?

The GTS is pretty difficult and really seems to need cooperation with the opponent in order to execute it properly, i.e. the timing. Otherwise it gets botched. He botched the one on Raw against Rodriguez. You can tell because the camera cut away for a second on it lol.

@Admiral M It is a shame cause the pumphandle slam is a good move...Mason Ryan could probably do it justice.

@AY  I saw that. Punk needs a finisher that fits his style...the GTS doesn't really do that. Some kind of DDT would work.

I’m now pretty convinced that some top WWE wrestlers are continuing to use steroids despite the wellness policy. This isn’t because WWE doesn’t test their top guys, but because highly effective “masking agents” are available to those for the right price. Steroid masking substances can run into the thousands for each dosage and it’s likely that many of the mid card guys who fail wellness policy tests, just don’t have the disposable income to afford the continuous use of masking agents.

It puzzles me how certain professional wrestlers can maintain their physique whilst travelling 300 days a year, attending public events and wrestling five days of the week. There is just not enough time in the day to work out to the level that would maintain that physique without chemical assistance.

Your average body builder will engage in intensive workouts for a total of 6 hours per day whilst following a strict high protein based diet. As a WWE wrestler it’s almost impossible to make the time or have the resources available to do this. WWE wrestlers only just manage to keep their cardio and general fitness up to performance level.

Using HGH will cut down the time required each day in the gym, relax the nutrional requirements and even speed up injury recovery time. There is no actual way to determine HGH without drug testing, although things such as acne and being prone to ligament tear of the larger muscles (triceps, quadriceps, etc) are common indicators of steroid use.

Cena is pretty jacked...but doesn't he have some sort of routine...I could have sworn he talked about it before. People assume Mason Ryan is juicing up...

We'll soon see with Mason Ryan, he's only been a full time WWE guy for a short period of time. If he starts to lose muscle mass in the next few months then he definitely isn't using steroids.

Cena always gets the pointed finger because of his wellness policy violation. I think he was among the first to be...got...by it. I think he's the only superstar still to have this distinction. Admiral M or someone else can correct me.

I found this opinion piece...never heard of this site before and doubt it is reputable but the article essentially relays the feelings that I have had with the Corporate Authority/Punk arc since it started.

Just like Chris Masters wasn't?

Chris Masters was caught though, that's why he stopped using steroids and rapidly lost muscle mass. With Mason Ryan, if he steadily loses muscle mass (consistent with a strength athlete who no longer works out to the required level) then he isn't using steroids and is merely not getting the chance to maintain his physique.

Right, I was just unclear, it seemed to me that assuming that Mason has been using, an obvious drop in muscle mass would just probably mean that he merely stopped using because he can't figure out how to side-step the wellness policy the way others seem to.

Most wrestlers who've stopped using steroids end up looking slightly flabby. Look at Edge in his last few years with the company - his physique shrunk and he was left with a noticeable belly. Others such as Randy Orton have opted to diet in order to drop the body mass they gained to support their steroid physiques. Orton has ended up looking trimmer and his natural muscular mass is noticeable as a result.

I've posted my original post about this issue on the blog along with an opinion piece about Cody Rhodes and some interesting goings on at last night's Impact Wrestling tapings. Check it out!

Cristopher Daniels would be so great in the WWE as an anti-Undertaker type of character. I know he's been in the WWE in brief periods but this is how I would have used him.

Also finally watched Botchamania 188 and 189 and both were great. The ending to 189 was amazing just for the pictures, I never have seen those before. Botch For Glory was great though. Picked up some things I missed as well, including Hogan blading earlier in the actual match. I guess I missed that the first time. Is it just me or is Dixie Carter hot?

chris would do so well on the wwe as a heel. but for some reason he goes back and forth from impact and ROH. plan to get caught up on botchamania tomarrow.

I am watching Impact Wrestling and there are two pretty good looking girls near the front corner of the ring in the stands. They're dressed in bright attire made to stand out which makes me think that they are hand picked audience marks.

TNA has a habit of putting "plants" in the audience, it's an old (and pretty lame) tactic designed to keep the younger male audience interested in the show.

I don't think WWE has done this since the "Monday Night Wars" where there would be an abundance of very attractive women in the front row. They would sometimes even bare their breasts at the insistance of Degeneration X. You have to wonder whether this was actually rehearsed beforehand with WWE actually hiring strippers!

Between 1998-2000, a few of the WWE Divas would actually go topless too! I think everyone is aware of the horrific angle at Royal Rumble 2000 where Mae Young did such! (although she was wearing a prosthesis and a delay was used to add censoring to it)

I have no doubt WWE has a bunch of plants in the front row...they are kids wearing Cena gear.

I've been hearing that Vince McMahon apparently flipped out and ordered one of the Zack Ryder's t-shirts discontinued. Apparently this is due to it containing the word "spike" - in reference to Ryder's hairstyle, which apparently could be seen as subliminal promotion of TNA (as in Spike TV) or something crazy along those lines.

Although it sounds like one of those rumors that the guys backstage make up to rib the dirt sheets, it would be a bit crazy if it was true. Given that Vince McMahon has nothing to fear from TNA, such a reaction seems very out of place.

I sometimes think that the signs of a push/quick burial thing where Ryder is concerned, is just a massive rib from WWE on the IWC. I'm not Ryder's biggest fan and I don't consider myself an IWC member, but I respect what he's done to get himself over and the fact he's making the company money. It seems that backstage politics is still the deciding factor in getting a push.

Vince flips over the weirdest things sometimes...but everything he does flip out about is looked at from a business aspect which is understandable. The ladies that I mentioned just seemed really out of place and awkward which is why I mentioned them. There was a guy with a long beard and black t-shirt that looked like a mark as well which James Storm poured beer that looked like water down his gullet. It is just obvious and looks stupid.

they may be personal friends of some wrestler or promoter. the hardest seats to get in the wwe are ring side and the corner seats at the end of the ramp. so I am sure sellected seating is all ways in acount for friendss and families. last time I went we got one of the sky booths which was awesome.
