wwe vs tnt anyone watching?

Paul Heymen is considered a creative genius and acknowledged one of the best writers in the business (this is partially why Brock asked him to co-write his book with him). He built up ECW and ran it for years with both WCW and WWE breathing down his neck.

The UFC having Paul around as a creative producer is not going to be the downfall of the company. In fact it should help it. Dana White knows what he is doing and doesn't seem to have the type of personality to take crap from anyone. I wouldn't worry about Paul's involvement in the company.

Heyman is a creative genius but a financial disaster. Since he is not touching money in the UFC I think this has the potential to be a great hire by the UFC. The promotional packages for UFC have always been less than stellar and as the product(fighters) have a big turnover these packages become more and more important. Heyman knows how to package events and stars and turn them into the next big thing.

Here is an interesting interview that was conducted with Brock Lesnar. I've never really been a fan of his...and his pulling out of the UFC here in Vancouver hasn't endeared himself to anyone here either but most of his WWE run was memorable. He says that he wouldn't totally rule out a one shot return to the WWE and gives them credit for putting him on the map in the first place. I plan on reading his book when the library gets it in...was interested to know that it was co-written by Paul Heyman. I had no idea the two were that close. He says that he hasn't really talked to Vince or anyone from the company since he left and considered those relationships "Business".

His family lives not too far from me, and everyone I've spoken to who has seen him in public agrees that he's pretty much a douche who believes his own hype. On this there is a consensus.

I'd put Lesnar's return to the WWE at slightly more plausable than a Benoit return.

yeah so long as it's not aginst goldburg. I would love to see him go aginst undertaker or randy orton.

timothy...sometimes I don't get your comments at all. Goldberg is not with the WWE so your comment is totally irrelevant. I don't want Brock to return at all for a one-shot deal. There is no need for it. I too have heard from people that Brock is a douche. He can be insightful at the odd time, but otherwise he seems to have a bad rep.

I was refering to wrestlemania 20 were brock and goldberg got booed big time and is considered the worst match in wrestlemania history. thank you very much :nyah::nyah::nyah::nyah:

Well then if you actually stated that instead of inferring it (I'm not a mind reader) then I wouldn't have to keep ragging you.

Seems that we've got conflicting reports about Kharma. The pregnancy thing and Slam Wrestling reported that she has suffered a major injury that will keep her off television for a long time. Maybe it's just a case they didn't pick up the pregnancy news yet.

Then Kharma's first TV promo is being advertised for Monday's Raw.

I've always wondered...and I'm sure there is an answer, I just don't remember it, the reason why Impact Wrestling does taped shows? Surely they must be aware of spoilers. I read the spoilers to determine if I'm going to watch that Thursday or not.

For that I think it's so they can knockout production shows in 2 days back to back, sometimes 3 if there is a PPV. Everything else during the week is a house show or traveling to the next venue. I know they taped shows like Sunday Night Heat and whatever other shows they had before raw and smackdown. I think ECW? NXT? Whatever it's called these days is tapes before Smackdown.

For TNA, well I don't much about them but you probably already know they did their old shows in Florida , but I can assume they're touring now right?

They're doing some touring now but yeah I know that they tape all of their shows in Orlando. Seems kind of silly. How are you supposed to spread your product and create a stronger fan base if you only keep it contained in one city? Doesn't make sense to me. Seems like they don't want to take any risks and keep production as cheap as possible.

Some interesting news today. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Ric Flair in North Carolina. Flair owes $35, 000 in loan payments that has to do with the ownership of the classic NWA World Heavyweight Championship belt. If he doesn't pay the loan back by June 27 he will spend 90 days in Jail. Woooooooooooooooo! (Sorry couldn't help myself).

Kurt Angle is working on a reality show that will follow his journey to attempt making the 2012 Olympic wrestling team. I had no idea he had a desire to do this!

Layla (my favorite DIVA besides Beth Phoenix) had surgery for a torn MCL and ACL, so don't expect to see her on TV any time soon.

^ Yeah. Also Chyna is supposed to be appearing in 'graphic adult film' (I wonder what that means ;) ) with a couple of male um...stars.
