wwe vs tnt anyone watching?

I watched Raw, and Cole was yapping about Lawler's mother and how he spent mothers day with his mom watching Wrestlemania. Then we got this whole thing of setting up another match and here I am asking "Didn't we cover this almost word for word in February?" If you want a clear example of why I hate this whole Cole/Lawler thing, that is it. This is why I was hoping it would end at Mania, because there isn't much life there and I'm so sick and tired of the musical announce table for the WWE's flagship show. I'm stick and tired of that box, and I'm sick and tired of this whole commentator thing. Remember when King and JR made Raw a whole lot more entertaining because King played a bit of a heel character but they had so much good chemistry that it really didn't matter? I know we won't get back to those days because JR probably doesn't want to do this much longer, but can we at least try? Enough is enough already. :rolleyes:
 
Yep. It's overkill and it's just starting to agitate fans, and yes Cole already brought up the mother thing when Jerry's mom died (Michael actually hated doing that in real life and probably hated the fuck out of that promo) but I guess because it was Mother's Day yesterday they felt the need to do it again. I don't understand what they're thinking with this program any more. You've had the heels score victories twice over the faces and booking another match to settle things just seems pointless. This should have been resolved at Wrestlemania.
 
Maybe Vince keeps pushing this to get Lawler to leave the company. I know he wants younger faces on tv but they sure arent going out of their way to find a replacement.
 
I don't think that would be the case. Remember Jerry left the WWE back in 2001 (his contract was up I think) and it caused a ruffle with fans. I remember it was huge news for me. Since then things seem smooth between Lawler and the WWE.

At this point, I wouldn't mind if Jerry leaves and then goes into the Hall of Fame being inducted by JR. This whole thing is getting tired and if Cole does have to stay, I wouldn't mind him and Matthews at the announce table. Unfortunately, we have this whole Cole Mine thing and that is starting to look real bad too. I just want Raw to get some announcer normalcy back for a change...and get rid of that damn box, or make it look like the Tardis or something.
 
the one who needs to leave is michael cole take a long vacation big time. I know it is all story but he drives me crazie as a heel I wish he would go back to being face agin. that is how I like him or at least have jerry and jr finally retire. and raw and smackdown can be hosted by josh and booker t. and bring back matt stryker as commentator as well I like him. but in the comentator's area the big three really need to go.

Ahh, give him a break maybe he's only lived thru the tail end of the Clinton era, Bush and now Obama. May I ask how old you are, Timothy?
 
Matt Stryker? Are you kidding me? He was one of the worst commentators they've ever had. They need to resign CM Punk and have him do color commentary if he doesn't want to continue his wrestling career. His commentary was awesome, and funny as hell at times.

Micheal Cole needs to go for story purposes not permanently. If they're not going to reveal him as the Anonymous GM at the end of this story line then just have Lawler beat him at Over the Limit and take Cole off television for six months and then bring him back as a regular face commentary.Although that being said, the amount of heat he's generated as a heel it might take fans a little longer to forget about him. Maybe a full year. The WWE doesn't really have any one to replace him except JR who I assume doesn't want to do both shows on a regular basis and have Vince yell in his ear constantly.
 
yeah, but if people think Trump's attempt is a circus act, Vince's would definitely take the cake. Cutting promos during the debate. Plus I think he fires people way better than Donald.

vince would make a great president and he would show those terrorist and pirates a thing or two. and he would make the donald vp.
 
^ Yea lol.

I think if Vince were President he'd use propaganda even more in order to impose policy and give daily addresses as if they were promos!!! Trump would be appointed Secretary of the Treasury not VP. I've no idea who he'd pick as his running mate, my guess is an actual politician.
