I had a feeling Cena was going to get the title back, but I was hoping it wouldn't be for a few more months. I don't have a problem with Cena as champion, but a few more months with The Miz would have only served to enhance the overall main event picture when Cena finally won it again. I guess I can only hope now that Miz isn't buried in the aftermath.
The Cole/Swagger/Lawler/Ross match was a bit annoying. I really can't see how they can possibly extend this feud any longer. I didn't even want the match from last night, but I was hoping for some entertainment and an end to the story after some admittedly solid TV over the past few weeks.
Of course the big match for the night was Christian. I'm glad I was at least proven wrong about WWE giving him the title. I hope he gets a nice run with the title, and that it's not just a transition to Del Rio. This is Christian's chance to prove he deserves a sustained spot in the main event scene. He's capable of pulling it off, but WWE has to give him a chance, too. That pop when he won last night was certainly encouraging in terms of fan reaction.

Christian has always been over with the fans...it's just that for some reason Vince has been reluctant to give him that push. I hope this isn't just transitional too.
Agreed, but I know why Vince has been reluctant. Its because of a guy who worked in TNA under the name of "Christian Cage" for a couple of years.
Vince rarely pushes guys who play for the 'other team'.

But, Edge has much more of the look (tall, long hair...) that Vince likes so much than Christian does and Edge didn't win a World Championship until after Christian had departed.
Vince had always made an effort to promote Edge over Christian. If Christian hadn't left, I think he would have won a couple World Championships under the WWE umbrella by now.

Christian left because he wasn't getting pushed and was frustrated with his career...all you have to do is watch his first TNA promo to understand that. TNA mis-managed him after he'd won the title a couple times and seemed to not know what to do with him. Then he returned. I'm not really sure what the true reason is that Vince hasn't pushed him before this.

New opening for Raw and they included an image of the Rock so i guess he's going to actually be sticking around. This stupid Cole program has gone on too long but say what you will about it...he can be extremely funny at times lol.
