I highly doubt Cena will lose the title to R-Truth, however this could be WWE's method of thinking. They assume that the majority will think that Cena will retain and therefore pull of a swerve. A B-level PPV prior to a big 4 is usually the ideal time for WWE to experiment with a "new" champion, if R-Truth does win the title, Cena will definitely regain it by Summerslam.
Randy Orton vs Christian is a different kettle of fish, it could really go either way on paper, but I'm thinking Orton will retain and continue the feud. WWE needs to be careful though, when Orton appeared on RAW last week, there were noticeable boos from the crowd, unless they want a double turn on their hands, then they need to play it sensibly (that means not having Orton cleanly win every encounter).
Don't really care much for the other matches. Miz vs Alex Riley, while pretty hyped, is not really something to build a feud on in this day and age. I expect Miz will go over via some dirty tactics. There will probably be a dirty finish to the Big Show vs Alberto Del Rio match, if Alberto wins, it could be due to DQ via interference from Kane. I'm pretty bored of Kofi Kingston trading the secondary singles belts. It seems to me that Kofi is the transition champion, whenever they need to move a belt to the other brand. Dolph Ziggler isn't much better, he lost the IC title in a prelude to going on to become a World Title challenger. This resulted in nothing but a tainted couple of minutes World Title reign, before losing it back to Edge. Ezekiel over Wade Barrett for the IC title and the end of the feud, which has run its course.
