I can see that. The theme was reworked for Star Trek: Insurrection, though Admiral Matthew Dougherty is not as ruthless as Captain Ronald Tracy. I don't think that Tracy would have bothered to relocate the Baku with the holoship and probably would have just destroyed Data.
