I'll say Gaila, because she seemed too nice to be in the arms business and could probably be talked out it much easier. I would never do business with Brunt. You can't trust him.

I want to say Picard and see the first warp launch but I don't want to deal with the Borg, so Kirk.

Picard. He's much more likely to pass for a noble. Sisko would also do well, I think. I'd lose Kirk to Littlefinger's place (and never see him again) and Janeway would be in real trouble, as women in GOTs aren't treated very well.

Anyways, the TNG crew for the most part is too uptight and formal to be convincingly funny.
