In Disaster I'd say O'Brien, helping to advise and guide Troi (plus you'd have a front row seat if she and Ro got into a fight). For Starship Down I'd say Kira, helping to keep Sisko going.

The Oberth-Class surveyor, it would be safer. The U.S.S. Galaxy was in too many wars (two, I think, which is two too many).

DS9. I wouldn't be right after seeing a Borg cube out of my front window on 1701D. Plus you can get away with more on DS9, like real alcohol.

Time travel with the sun, somehow it seems easier to use overall. But honestly id be worried in any circumstance around the sun, wouldn't want to ever accidentally time travel.
