Good one, I would equally dislike both of them but I'd pick Neelix's taste tester, eventually (hopefully) he'll get the taste attuned to my liking.

Dr. Phlox. Regardless that he'll probably stick a leech on me, Ocampan doctors don't know much about anything (plus, if an Ocampa doctor worked his whole life, Phlox would still have him/her beat by 31 years).
