Let's get that time machine out again. A moderator in Trek XI around the time Star Trek film came out (18th may 2009) or a Moderator in TNZ around the time of the Election night in the USA last year (October/November) I can't remember the date.

I thought this would be a fun idea for a thread, and that Misc would be a good spot (though if the mods think it's too game-ish it could be moved to the lounge, I suppose). I think some nice ridiculous discussions could develop.

It reminds me of an "either or" game we used to have in one of the lounges. It was... fun.

Man by day, women by night. I don't need the drama of being a woman during the day... women are horrible to eachother.

1) be waterboarded for two days straight, then be sent to 1959 and be blind, or

#2 for sure. They probably have kickass utilities for the hearing impaired in 2059... assuming the apes haven't taken over.

Both would really suck. Though, I dare say having to live the rest of my life in darkness would be more bearable to living my life in silence.

Are you kidding? No cable TV. Don't forget that you can stream cable TV on the internet these days .

^Tap water. Bottled is a waste of money and bad for the environment, and the tap water here is fine.

Why do people think women are so horrible to each other? Seriously. The women on Desperate Housewives are not a realistic representation of grown female interaction. Sure, a few women seem to remain in junior high their entire lives, but so do some men. I'm not horrible to the women in my life, and they aren't horrible to me.

I'll remain brilliant and socially awkward, thanks. I like understanding physics and things, and most conversation is dull anyway.

Um, EW. I would never, EVER eat a cochroach, not matter how much I had to sacrifice. I can't stand to be in the same room with one.

I think I'd stay here with unlimited wealth, provided that the conditions on Earth are about the same as now.

^ That's a good one! Well, since my little sister is a Twilight fanatic, and I had to endure the movie, the incessant talking, and a freaking TRIP TO FORKS with her -- and survived -- I think I'd go with the fanboy. At least it'd be something new.

As much as I love studying WWI...I'd say WWII. Simply because I'd rather forgo the gas attacks and disease from Trench Warfare.
