Ears of course. They can be covered with a hat or scarf if they embarrass AND they would be super useful for cosplay. Also because of the immediate visual weirdness I think good money could be made being interviewed, getting into magazines etc..

Dubious as it may sound, when I was a kid my father worked with a guy who meowed. I swear to God this guy would pur and meow under (and sometimes not under) his breath at regular intervals.

I trained myself to wiggle my ears, and now they actually do go back when I smile or laugh. Perking up when I hear something interesting wouldn't be so big a step.
