There's a distinct lack of creepy old abandoned buildings in this country now, they have all been knocked down for real estate.

There's a website that lists abandoned buildings worldwide. The "spookiest" I think would be an ex-medical facility.

When I was a young teen my friends family owned a restuarant and behind it was an abandoned military school -- whenever we we at the rest. we'd always check it out. There was evidence of kids hanging out...pentagrams all that sort of stuff -- it was eerie to a 13yr old -- but it was fun...the excitement...and the danger.
