The way Ghidorah operates I suspect the heads function much like the Three Stooges making mind control problematic. If they were mostly human-female-shaped and had all the requisite parts, sure. But if they give me a rash that erupts into glow-in-the-dark blood fountains and spawns thousands of insect-babies ready to eat me for their first meal or something like that, then no.
