If you're going to use a word which includes a character bearing a diacritic mark (an acute accent, for example), either make the effort to look it up in your Character Map or Alt-character table, so that you can use the appropriate character, or use the standard English 'a' and simply allow the accent to remain implied. Never ever do the bush-league trick of tacking an apostrophe onto the end of a word and deeming it an acceptable equivalent of employing the correct diacritic marking; you only raise the red flag of lazy bullshit that way.
Also: If you mean to reference the song "Que Sera, Sera (Whatever Will Be, Will Be)", then you should write that.
Using accent markings not properly part of the song title and making it instead a mishmosh of Spanish and Italian spellings is... well, it doesn't create the impression of erudition for which you may have been aiming.

While I appreciate the guided-tour of the keyboard and it's secondary functions - the referenced song title was written in that obviously and overtly skewed and improper manner, for the effect of a literary MIMESIS; with which - through the purposeful employment of skewed and improper spelling - to properly reflect and subtly comment on the skewed and improper version of perfection felt by those under the influence of the spores.
I trust whatever impression you were operating under has been cleared up.

FWI, according to the Interweb, it's usually either che sarà, sarà (Italian-like, The Barefoot Contessa, 1954) or que sera, sera (Spanish-like, The Man Who Knew Too Much, 1956). In any case, neither are grammatically correct in those languages. Just Italian/Spanish words with English grammar.

Tracy is the proper spelling of my middle-name. What made you think I mispelt part of my own name?
Surely, you didn't make the unfounded and faulty assumption I was trying to spell Tracey - as in the fictional TOS character - simply because I use the picture of Captain Ron Tracey in conjunction with the accurate spelling of my own middle-name; as a Play-on-Words - or, specifically in this case, a Play-on-Names?

On the surface the Omicron Ceti III life looks idyllic. But, given the choice, I would not want to be under the influence of alien spores. But perhaps I wouldn't be consciously aware of the spore influence, so I would go on thinking everything was normal. The affected individual definitely experiences a sensation of happiness that is subjectively "real" to them. When the ordeal was over, even rational, logical Spock said, "for the first time in my life I was happy."
