Would you agree with cloning.......

....Albert Einstein?

Studies of his brain showed that parts of his brain were much larger than a normal humans brain which people believe may have been the reason for his great intelligence, so this being the case the chances of someone else being born with his ability is probably not going to happen and the truth is we've not made that many more breakthroughs since his death, he is the greatest mind ever created and even today with thousands of scientists with huge budgets we've done nowhere near the same amount of work as he did. Was his abnormal brain size genetic? would a clone of einstein have the same level of intelligence?
Just think if it did, this clone could from birth be taught in the best schools, colleges and universitys, he could be shown the original einsteins work and could possibly SURPASS the original einsteins work.

Should we clone Einstein?

I think for the timme being cloning should be used only for growing new body parts like legs, lungs or hearts. Anything more like bringing back the dead is going a bit to far.

Could be.. But, just because someone is given the best school/life/etc/etc doesn't mean anything.. He could just want to be a lazyass and live in his moms basement..

Just because its education will be the best money will by doesn't mean the child will want to study or maby this clone dosn't even like science or maths. education is only half an inteligence what about it's nurture: Einsteins memories, his personality, his parents. all these are factors two in how a person grows.

Yes but if his intelligence was genetic then cloning him could create another uber intelligent person, if it wasnt thanks to genetics how else did einstein end up with an above average sized brain?

Thats water on the brain, Einsteins actual brain was larger than normal, cant remember which bit though.

Or, with a bit of tinkering....

Fire, please cite your source before I respond. And, no, I'm not looking for an argument. I am two states away from my source so it may take some time to get the necessary source citations.

A clone of Einstein wouldn't have the original's knowledge. He'd have to be taught like any other human being. And if you're doing that, why bother with cloning in the first place?

There were several interesting differences between his brain and the average persons. In fact they think the key difference wasn't in there being something bigger or stronger, but that a part was in fact missing or truncated, which would have allowed the parts around it to communicate better.

Either way, I vote yes. Once the technology is available and overall safe for the resulting life, Make 50 of them and raise them in different environments, then just wait to see what happens. Don't force any of them to do anything except perhaps regular checkups for health and study, but let them do their own thing and see how they develop.

Brain/head/pressure it's all the same area..

This is simply untrue.

The vast advancements in our fundamental understanding of the universe, in our knowledge of the world around us, and our ability to develop and manipulate technology in the past century have proven that humanity is more than capable of advancing DRAMATICALLY without Einstein. The pace of science has not slowed, it has only increased in the years since Einstein.

Even at the end of his years, Einstein was unable to keep up with the advancements in quantum physics.

Please tell me where this information can be reviewed. Thank you.
