Dax was willing to disregard trill society to be with Lenara who she was married to in a previous life.

DAX: Can you really walk away from me, from us? After all this time, we're together. Don't throw that away.
LENARA: I don't want to! Maybe I need more time. Maybe if I go back to Trill for a while, think it over. I can always come back later.

Assuming Lenara did come back later but after Jadzia and Worf had already gotten married do you think Jadzia would break her marriage vows with Worf to be with Lenara, someone who she also had marriage vows with in their previous lives?

Jadzia has that impulsive side too combined with being overcome with loyalty from her Tobin side make me question whether she would stay with Worf. She also has a relationship with her symbiont and yet she was willing to be with Lenara while knowing her symbiont's line would end with her as a consequence.

LENARA: That's the tricky part though, isn't it? Living with the consequences. When you're not with me, when you're not around, it's like a part of me is missing. I want to be with you more than anything, but I don't think that I can do this. Dax, I am not like you. I don't have a little Curzon inside me telling me to be impulsive, to ignore the rules, to give up everything I've worked for.

Worf has questioned her loyalty because of her impulsive side here

DAX: Arandis was Curzon's lover, not mine.
WORF: I hope you remember that.
...
DAX: Oh, I suppose you have another list of things I'm doing wrong.
WORF: I did not say you were doing anything wrong. It's just that some of your behaviour
DAX: What about my behaviour?
WORF: At times, you are too impulsive. You act without thinking. You have no self-control.

Sisko mentioning it

O'BRIEN: She must've gotten it into her head to go looking for Worf.
BASHIR: What could she be thinking?
SISKO: She's a Dax. Sometimes they don't think. They just do.

Jadzia would never walk out on a marriage. She is devoted to Worf above all.

She's not a homewrecker, and I don't think Lenara Kahn was either. Lenara wouldn't want Jadzia to leave Worf for her.

Lenara might object to Jadzia throwing away her marriage to Worf for their illicit romance, she was after all the one who wasn't able to overlook the cultural taboo about re-association. So even if Jadzia might feel the tug of Lenara more than Worf she could ultimately face rejection from her.

Jadzia had moved on. She could have been as happily married to Lenara as she was to Worf, but Lenara let their moment pass, and by the time Jadzia is with Worf, that's not something that can be undone.

Though it's interesting to think about the Dax and Khan symbionts meeting again, in another few hosts time...

(Also Jadzia is so relaxed and breezy when they're talking about Lenara in "In Purgatory's Shadow" -- she's found her peace with it)

I agree. Jadzia would not have left Worf for Lenara. Once she committed to him, she was all in.

I also think that if Lenara had truly been willing to fly in the face of Trill taboo, Jadzia might not have been so insistent.

I could never picture that happening. Dax's love for Worf being too strong and her understanding that she could never have a relationship with Lenara without it ending in pain.

How about, do we think Ezri would get into a relationship with Lenara?
LENARA: That's the tricky part though, isn't it? Living with the consequences. When you're not with me, when you're not around, it's like a part of me is missing. I want to be with you more than anything, but I don't think that I can do this. Dax, I am not like you. I don't have a little Curzon inside me telling me to be impulsive, to ignore the rules, to give up everything I've worked for.
"You don't have a little Curzon inside of you, but you sure could, if you know what I mean and I think you do..." - Curzon's voice inside Dax's head when she said that. :D
And in some way all the other hosts Dax had.
"When you have sex with someone, you have sex with everyone they've ever had sex with. And everyone their symbiont has ever had sex with. And everyone the symbiont's other hosts ever had sex with." Man. STD and pregnancy prevention videos in Trill middle and high school must be a real drag. ;)

I think it's possible that if the relationship with Worf didn't work out that Jadzia could go shack up with someone, including Lenara. I've never bought the idea that these two should really be together for the long term other than the writers decided. Jadzia and Sisko would have been my pick.

How about, do we think Ezri would get into a relationship with Lenara?
...I don't think she would, but it's hard to say.

She has certainly jumped back into old relationships without thinking it through (Worf) but I tend to think the seriousness of the situation with Kahn may have made her hold back. Like, she already went through all the heartbreak or dealing with it once, she might be able to deal with it better the next time? Especially if it came after her tumble with Worf, she's learned to be more careful.

If Ezri had not been stationed on DS9 and ran into Kahn somewhere else? Yeah, maybe. (Depending on where she was in regards to the symbiote/host relationship. First stage Ezri would likely be too meek and scared to get into such a serious situation.)

I'm not sure I get the Trill "previous host fascination", new host is a completely different person with new appearance with only the memories of the previous host. Physical attraction can't (or can it) change through having a worm inside you?

Physical attraction can't (or can it) change through having a worm inside you?
Physical, chemical attraction, you may be right (depending on the exact effects the symbiont has on biology). Emotional history and physical affinity built up from previous time together, though, I think would carry from host to host. Love isn't all body heat - in my experience very little of it is, in the long run. It's knowing and caring about that person. And with joined Trill, they're still "in there".
