I think if you find the right approach almost anything could be turned into a comedy.

The CONCEPT...for sure...but not sure how long they can go without doing the same jokes over and over again


However, it would need a different title (I.e they COULD USE the word in the title...but would flop using Just the Exorcise)

To go back to what I talked about in my other post, just look at shows like M*A*S*H* and Hogan's Heroes. Neither of the topics of those shows are thing you think of being funny, but both shows made them very funny.
We have also seen comedic possessions before in the Ghostbusters movies, so it is possible.
