Worst Trek Episode?

Honestly, I am bored by a lot of TOS episodes. There are great ones for sure, but a lot are quite meh.

But one that I remember specifically is the second season finale of TNG 'Shades of Grey'

It was certainly the worst season finale of any ST series ever. Just an all around boring, snoozefest of an episode.
