I'd go for the Dominion one, I know its not in the options, but people mostly seem to just hang out there, unless you're a Klingon.

Cardassia would be horrible- cold, half naked, teeth yanked, raped and beaten most likely...
Klingon's would probably be painful, and the Romulans would always be interrogating you- and in both cases you'd probably die.

Yeah..Im with you...I think the Cardassians probably run the most vile prison camps of all...sadistic even
