Accidentally only voted for one, but my vote goes to season 3's (worst season IMO) 3-in-a-row trilogy of crapitude:

This is one of my least favorite seasons and was the one that nearly made me stop watching VOY altogether until I read about the changes toward the end of the season with the Borg.

This was a season for me where mediocre or downright awful was the norm not the exception. Episodes like Macrocosm, Warlord, The Chute, Displaced, Coda. Rise, Favorite Son, The Darkling, The Q and the Grey, Sacred Ground, False Profits.

I really enjoyed almost all of season 3. The three episodes i voted for were the only ones in the season that i found a bit boring and they were:

All in all, S3 was awesome and my favorite season. There were some eps that I didn't watch as much though..Favorite Son, The Chute and Flashback. But I really enjoyed S3 all in all.

Eps I loved: Displaced, The Q and the Grey, Coda, Sacred Ground.

When VOY season three was good, it was pretty damned great (Future's End, Distant Origin, Scorpion I, etc), but when it was bad, it was HORRID in the extreme (Favourite Son, Rise, etc).

All in all, S3 was awesome and my favorite season. There were some eps that I didn't watch as much though..Favorite Son, The Chute and Flashback. But I really enjoyed S3 all in all.

I liked Sacred Ground too. I enjoy faith vs. science based stories, it's one of the reasons I enjoyed the X-Files so much.
