If you can live from the money you make and not really miss something important for you, than the fun I´d say is more important. After all you spend a long time of your life working.

Do which ever is the more ethical. And if neither are, find something which is... blessings come with doing the right thing. And happiness is a direct product of blessings. Sometimes, happiness is not a job, but that which boomerangs from your intentions.

I am going to be a stick in the mud and say..
Unless you are actually going for promotions and franchising, then you need to go work in the office for good money.
It is not massivley boring in offices. Everyone gets used to the hours.
There is nothing wrong in working in a store and especially if it fits your life. But I wish I had given it up earlier because it IS long hours for less pay in uncomfortable hours (weekends, holidays..).
It is not just about money now.. it is also about having money in the future when you retire.
