Worf's pronunciation of "weapons"

Not exactly OT, but adding a slight "h" sound between a W and a vowel is a bit of a vocal affectation in certain parts of England.

I know some people who would indeed pronounce it "wheapons". They'd also pronounce "well" as "whell". The h is subvocal, barely there.

There's also the way he pauses on the word "the" all the time.

"The ... Bat'leth" "The ... Jem Hadar" "The ... end of my sentence"

He does have a peculiar way of speaking.

I remember reading something about how that was part of the creation of Worf, his very 'formal' pronunciation style.
