Worf walking the plank?

I have a vague memory of seeing a TNG TV episode which opened with the crew in a holodeck program on a sailing ship and of Worf walking the plank.
I have recently watched all 7 seasons but did not come across that particular episode.
Is my memory flawed or is there an episode missing from my collection?
Does anyone recall the episode?
