Wonderfull non-canon Trek ships...

I thought i'd join in with my old designs.

Aldiwahn !! May I call you Andreas? :) If my memory serves, the last time we talk was in the old 3d-gladiators days, I´m right? Your meshes are built in povray, which can´t be translated to 3dsmax, otherwise, I could already asked you to share some of your meshes. :) I was ready to post renderings of other of your ships, which is... unfinished? She is the Phaeton: http://www.3dgladiators.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19259

By the way, how the life is going? A few days ago I was browsing your old site, and I noticed no news. To much tired of cgi and povray? :)

Wow, Aldiwahn_Teerodi,
Good work on everyhing there, but especially love the Romulan T-10 and that pre TOS cruiser.
Some of this reminds me of a modeller/Artist over at Resin Illuminati who goes by "AbsoluteSciFi", (the Snapper, the Vermillion, the Glass Dragon...). Same person?
Anyway, nice designs. :)

ohhh now she's a beauty... looks like a deadlier version of the Sovereign class... like what the Sovereign could have been in the Jem Hadar designed it lol

why do those two remind me of the robot from Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy lol

I really don´t know... Don´t got inspiration from that book/movie.

I'm thinking Methos is looking at the gleaming white, undetailed surface of the command hull and is reminded of "Marvin, the paranoid android" from the theatrical version of "Hitchhiker's..." In that interpretation of the famed Douglas Adams property, Marvin is depicted as a squat "biped" with a huge, featureless white sphere for a "head" (rather than the oversized "tin toy" design from the 6 part BBC television mini-series).

Sincerely,

Bill

Ah, I see. :)
I read the book, but still don´t watched the movie. Anyway, now that you explained, I understood the mention. Thanks!

Personally, I do like of Koerner´s Enterprise, but I do like JJPrise too (except cause that abnormal sec hull and the giant naceles). :)
