I do agree they should have tied him the Klingons in some way. I mean they more than the mirror universe are suppose to be your big baddies since your waging war on them. I do kind of like the idea that the Klingons and the Terran rebellion are actually in cahoots of some sort. Maybe they are working together to get hold of the spore drive. Our main Klingons want it to gain power and take over the Klingon Empire and the Terrans want it to defeat the aliens who will eventually become the Alliance we see on Deep Space NIne. Lorca wants this but what he wants more is to be reunited with Burnham after his Burnham was killled.

It is no secret that I love Tilly, and yeah I find her relatable. She feels the most human (of the humans) of the crew.

Mirror Lorca? I think he's likely to stay dead.

Maybe we'll eventually see Prime Lorca (maybe he's still alive), and hopefully he'll have some of the same badass qualities of Mirror Lorca. Mirror Lorca's badass-ness was not necessarily all a function of being from the Mirror Universe.

It’s implied that Prime Lorca is in the MU and Cornwall assumed that he couldn’t survive there long. It’s not outside the realm of possibility that he managed to survive. Getting back would be difficult though.

I kind of like the idea that we see what we at first think is Prime Lorca but then they pull the chair out beneath us and we find out it is season 1 mirror universe Lorca having somehow survived or brought back. I mean his death did look pretty solid but their is always a tech thing or anomoly or powerful alien that can get you out of a jam like that. One example is maybe his memories when he died were someone how sifted into the body of Prime Lorca. Or he made a clone of himself or time travel.
