(Wisconsin law allows for in-person absentee voting at the city clerk's office until the Friday prior to an election. My city of about 17,000 only has three polling places, and the lines in our district are obscene even in non-Presidential elections, so I decided to get it done early. Unlike provisional ballots, absentee ballots are counted immediately towards election-night results.)Throw the bum out!![]()
