I changed mine today to Alice in Wonderland, which I am just dying to see.

It took me a little while but I found this HUGE image of the characters. (It was 6547 x 3543!) I thought it was awesome so I filled in the top and bottom with a complimentary key hole graphic so I didn't have to crop it down and presto.

(It feels a little strange though. I have had nothing but BSG wallpapers on this computer for months now. It is a little odd going from those grey dark space images to this bright technicolor one.)

Oh, please send me the link to that. I'm oddly though not that psyched for the movie, but I'm never been that drawn to the story. But I love Mia Wasikowska so that has peaked my interest quite a bit.

I made this one for a program I have called EarthDesk. EarthDesk places a map of the Earth on your desktop, you can display it in a variety of map types as well as a globe. It updates itself throughout the course of the day with an approximation of where the sunlight is hitting the Earth, as well as satellite images of the clouds. There are other options and things it can do, such as change the size of the Earth being displayed. Another option is the background behind the Earth. Earthdesk operates on TOP of the desktop, so it doesn't change the background. You can choose to use your current background, or attach another one to the program itself. So, I photoshopped a starry background with 11 ships and a starbase all arranged so they'd show around the Earth. I wasn't sure if I was going over board with the ships so I have another version with only 6 ships and the starbase, although I'm using the one I've posted currently.
